🍓 PLEASE READ!⚠ BEWARE OF ACCOUNTS THAT USED MY NAME AND DRAWINGS TO SCAM ⚠Commission may take longer depending on many factors such as; other commercial commissions, order of commissions, health, school, or family issues.For inquiries, please email at [email protected]🍓Commercial commissions are calculated as follows:

• Type A: x3 (Twitch usage, Youtube usage, VTubing, Banners etc.)
• Type B: x5 (Merch, prints, artbooks, etc.)

🍓 BASIC ToS 🍓

  • You may pay fully after I send you a lineart with base colors of your commission

  • I will not continue the drawing unless you paid fully after I send you the line art with base colors of your commission

  • You may not be able to cancel once I start to do your commission (Lineart)

  • Strictly no refunds once payment has been received.

  • No rushing please

  • I have the right to use the artwork on any social media, portfolio, commission samples, as well as in publications such as art books, etc.

  • Extra charge for rush commission.

  • You must provide clear references of the character such as: facial expression, character sheet, etc. (Visual references are preferred)

  • Additional $5 fee for complicated design/details.

  • I have the right to cancel or refund the commission any time for any reason.

  • 3 sketch revision are free of charge. Additional $5 if more than 3 revisions.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media with proper credit given to the artist. (@itskittylina)

  • You are not allowed to claim ownership of the artwork. All rights to the artwork is owned by the artist (Kittylina).

  • You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.

  • You are not allowed to edit, alter the illustration, or remove my watermark.

  • I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission.

  • You can check the commission queue on my Trello acc (commission queue)

🍓 PERSONAL USAGE 🍓

  • You may use the commission for any personal usage, such as profile picture, etc.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media with proper credit given to the artist. (Kittylina - @itskittylina)

  • You are not allowed make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)

  • You are not allowed to claim ownership of the artwork. All rights to the artwork is owned by the artist (Kittylina)

  • You are not allowed to edit, alter the illustration, or remove my watermark.

  • You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point.

🍓 LIVE 2D MODEL TERMS/USAGE 🍓

  • You must provide clear references of the character such as: facial expression, character sheet, etc. (Visual references are preferred)

  • You must credit me as your model artist in bio of your social media / streaming platforms. (Kittylina - @itskittylina)

  • You may use your Live2D model in any form that can bring income.

  • Turn around time can take up to 2-3 months

🍓 REFUNDS 🍓

  • You have the right to cancel the commission if only the payment has not yet sent.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for any reason.

This document can and will be updated at any time without prior notice.

PROCESS

  • 🌸 The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as; other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health, school or family issues, you will be notified.

  • 🌸 The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

  • 🌸 I will fine extra $15 charge for any changes after 3 changes has been made.

  • 🌸 FINALIZATION. I will email the full resolution of the image (with transparent version if applicable) upon completion of payment.
